Subscription & Billing

Everything you need to know about managing your MortgageCheck subscription.

Your Subscription

Monthly Billing: Your subscription renews automatically each month. You'll receive an email receipt after each payment.

Payment Method: Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You can update your payment method by contacting support.

Receipts: All receipts are sent to your registered email address. Check your spam folder if you don't see them.

Managing Your Account

Update Your Microsite: Use the edit link from your welcome email to update your bio, photo, and contact details anytime.

Lost Your Edit Link?: Contact us through the form on our Contact page and we'll send you a new one.

Change Email: To update your billing email, reach out through our Contact page with your current and new email addresses.

Pricing

Current Plan: $49/month for full access to your personalized microsite, AI assistant, and lead notifications.

No Long-Term Contracts: Cancel anytime with no penalties or hidden fees.

Price Changes: We'll give you at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect.

Pausing vs. Cancelling

Need a Break?: If you're going on vacation or taking time off, consider keeping your subscription active. Your microsite continues collecting leads even when you're away.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. Your microsite will be deactivated after that date.

Reactivating: You can resubscribe anytime. Your previous settings may be available for up to 90 days after cancellation.
